Justin Steffens

    Justin Steffens joined KMS Financial Group, part time, in May of 2025 while finishing his bachelor's at the University of North Florida.  Once graduating with a bachelor's degree in general studies with a focus on business, and a minor in leadership in December of 2025, he joined KMS Financial Group full-time as an Insurance Advisor and Retirement Planner working directly with Kevin Steffens. 

A Florida native, Justin moved to North Florida when he was just three years old and grew up mainly in Saint Johns. Justin worked as a CPR & Red Cross certified lifeguard in high school as well as a barista for Starbucks.  Justin also worked England Thims & Miller as a Geospatial Technician summer intern.

     After receiving his Highschool Diploma, Justin attended the University of Central Florida in 2021 and, in May 2024, transferred to UNF to complete his Bachelor's degree. Justin acquired his FL 2-15, life, health and annuity insurance license over the summer of 2024.

     Justin strives to learn and is committed to working with clients to help them accomplish their retirement goals based on the needs of each individual.  He is excited to be part of the KMS Financial Group team and this new endeavor as an Insurance Strategist and Retirement Planner!
