Vilma Didati joined KMS Financial Group in November of 2025 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Kevin Steffens. While she is new to the Financial Services industry, she brings a strong academic background and a genuine passion for supporting clients and the KMS Financial Group team. Vilma holds a master’s degree in business administration, which has shaped her professional foundation in organization, efficiency, and leadership.
Her decision to join KMS Financial Group was due to her strong belief in the need for financial stability and planning as essentials for every individual and family. I wanted to be part of a team that helps people feel confident, informed, and secure about their future. Even though I am just beginning my journey in this industry, I am committed to continually learning, growing, and contributing in a meaningful way.
Vilma’s goal is to ensure that every client’s experience is positive, welcoming, and well-supported. She takes pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and approachable whether she is managing administrative duties, assisting advisors, or helping clients get the information they need, she strives to bring professionalism, clarity, and care to everything she does.
Outside of work, Vilma enjoys an active and fulfilling life. She is a fitness/sports (yoga, running, team sports) enthusiast, loves traveling & cultural exploration, reading (finance/business, personal development, leadership books are among her favorites), gardening and cooking, all of which bring balance, creativity, and joy to her everyday routine. These hobbies help Vilma stay grounded and reflect the same patience, dedication, and passion that she brings to her professional life.
As Vilma continues to grow in this industry, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge, earning future certifications, and continuing to support the clients and team of KMS Financial Group with excellence.
